Landscape Installation supervisor immediately wanted:
We are currently hiring a landscape installation supervisor to lead and effectively communicate with your team of 3-6 in planting, irrigation, stonework, grading, drainage, and other tasks in the trade. This is a position for someone who is looking for stability and a future; currently this position is long term only, with growth potential in the foreseeable future as well as the possibility of benefits for the supervisor in 6 month-1 year and yearly upgrades. Above all, we are looking for someone who has a drive to complete tasks, high energy to do so continuously, and who is also grounded, thoughtful, willing to communicate directions to workers as well as provide an update of timeline to manager/owner. You must like to work in high pressure environment under timelines that you set forth and agree to.
Requirements of this position:
--minimum 4 years of landscaping experience, in a professional setting.
--willingness to do what it takes and go above and beyond
--A strong and vibrant work ethic
--a High school diploma or equivalent, some college level communication skills are useful
--The willingness to put the company's values for timing, being on time and project completion with integrity ahead of other values.
--The willingness to be 'the one' who makes it happen.
--A self starter who initiates work daily
--Skills in time management, delegation and being able to time planting, irrigation, and other related trades.
