Job Description
Professionally clean assigned client buildings using unique cleaning procedures and products. Performs cleaning in conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. Interacts with customers to ensure the best service possible.

Job Responsibilities
Prepares cleaning products for the day.
Performs routine maintenance on equipment (vacuum and cart) to ensure optimal performance.
Uses cleaning products and procedures to clean effectively and efficiently.
Sweeps and vacuums then washes all hard surface floors.
Cleans and dusts cobwebs, including all hanging light fixtures, baseboards and windowsills per scope of work.
Moves all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind as per scope of work.
Performs customer service and quality control.
Resolves customer issues before leaving customer site.
Job Requirements
Strong and positive interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with the with members of management and customers
Ability to understand and follow directions
Ability to differentiate between variously colored cleaning products by identifying the color or product name and/or ability to differentiate products by reading the labels.
Ability to define specific uses of cleaning products
Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions indicated on customized service reports

Incumbent must be prepared to:
Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
Able to work on your feet for up to 4 hours without a break Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discrimination's in the nature of sounds in the environment.
Incumbent is required to have:
Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arms reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
