Looking for help (preferably a student) for a technologically challenged author to put together a historical art book.
This is a part-time position where you will be working directly with the author of the book to photograph pieces, edit them in PhotoShop, design the book in InDesign, do some research/fact-checking etc, transcribe, and keep resources immaculately organized in the computer.
You'll be working directly with a very well studied man who has a clear vision for the book. This could be a really good job for someone looking to sharpen their Adobe Skills while getting a glimpse into the world of prehistoric pottery sales, trades and history.
This might be right for you if you are:
EXTREMELY patient
comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud (especially PhotoShop and InDesign)
personable
willing to learn
learn quickly
Bonus if you are:
interested in historical art (especially pottery)
If you're interested in this position, please email Mary at the provided email address. Please tell me a little bit about yourself, why this position sounds interesting to you, and why you believe you might be a good fit for the position.
Thanks!
