Reading Quest is an innovative, non-profit organization which provides engaging, effective reading support for children who are having trouble reading, helping them to become strong, enthusiastic readers. We seek a Director of Advancement who shares a commitment to supporting literacy for all children.
The Director of Advancement should be a skilled communicator with a track record of developing and implementing multi-tiered fundraising, budgeting, donor solicitations and acknowledgement. The ideal candidate will successfully motivate and empower staff and maintain short- and long-term development plans, including measurable benchmarks.
The Director of Advancement will work side-by-side with the Program Director/Founder to support and expand our community outreach and fundraising.
This is a flexible position that requires someone who is committed to equity in education and can work independently and in team environments. Bilingual skills a plus.
