The Santa Fe Waldorf School seeks a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the School Administrator and Administrative Team. The Administrative Assistant helps with scheduling, meeting notation and preparation, managing school-wide calendars, filing, social media, and sending internal and external communications.
Other responsibilities include: assisting with supply purchases, coordinating travel arrangements, phone-system updates, running errands, website updates and data entry.
Compensation and Benefits: This is an hourly position with a pay rate dependent upon experience. The Administrative Assistant works 28-32 hours a week for up to 48 weeks a year.
Desired Qualifications:
2-3 years of administrative support experience
An understanding of Waldorf education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
