Fast paced mental health agency looking for a Financial Coordinator and Bookkeeper. Previous experience in the medical or mental health industry preferred.
Duties include:
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Invoicing
Data entry
Deposit analysis
Payroll
Creating financial contracts and payment plans with clients
Collections
Data base creating and management
Insurance claims submission and follow up
Verification of benefits
EOS review and insurance appeals
Filing Quarterly Taxes
Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher in accounting
Experience with QuickBooks online
Excellent Excel skills
Customer service oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with insurance claims and processing EOB's
Ability to communicate effectively and work with distressed clients
Candidates willing willing to work in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque locations are preferred.
