Responsible for creating Estimates, Purchase Orders, Vendor Payments and other general bookkeeping functions for Interior Design firm in Santa Fe, NM. Requires minimum 5 years Quickbooks experience. Great casual work environment; flexible hours per workload.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail & accuracy; able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Strong written / verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to interface well with employees, clients and vendors;
Ability to maintain confidentiality
