I am looking to fill two personal assistant positions to begin in January 2020.
Those who are artistic, detail oriented, with a streak of OCD, encouraged to apply.
Positions Available:
Evenings: 7pm â 11pm, 5 evenings/week.
Days: 12pm â 8pm 3 days/week.
About the Job:
I am a 43 year old professional artist with electric and chemical sensitivities and some chronic health problems.
I am looking for an assistant who can efficiently multitask, to help with the following:
â Communication, emails, phone calls, appointment scheduling
â Internet research on various topics, with direction
â Errands
â Household Tasks (e.g., cooking, dishwashing, laundry, light housework, dog care, etc.)
â Driving (car provided)
â Companionship on hikes
â Help with art projects/crafts (if you're comfortable)
Qualifications and Requirements:
â Scent free: no scented laundry detergents, hair products, personal products
â Self-starter and proactive
â Highly organized and reliable
â Ability to accept and integrate feedback
â Excellent tracking and note taking skills; good memory
â Excellent communicator, oral and written
â Exceptional attention to detail
â Ability to jump in wherever needed to do tasks ranging from administrative support to dog cleanup
â Excellent tech and troubleshooting skills; skilled in use of Mac, iPhone, Dropbox, Excel, Gmail, Google,
Printer, Scanner
â Fast Typist
â Valid Driverâs License and good driving record
â Optimistic, Easygoing, Grounded
Assistants work in my home and in a separate office space/casita. The location is in the Arroyo Hondo neighborhood of Santa Fe, about 15-20 min from city center. 5 minutes from Harry's Roadhouse.
