Looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant that is able to combine a warm cheerful
personality with professionalism, excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
Proficient computer skills are also required. Duties will include greeting clients, coordination of
closing schedules, phone reception, order entry and management of all inventory for supplies,
office needs and promotional items.
Ability to promote the company via social media and help maintain the website will be a plus.
