Workshop is looking for a seasoned Sales Professional with minimum 5 years experience in management and 5 years in the fashion or art sales. We have been in business on the Plaza for 26 years, and this store has been open and actively growing for five. In combination with our sister stores Santa Fe Dry Goods and Wild Life, located next door, and our expanding website, the business has become multi-faceted, dynamic and ever-changing.
As a result, we are looking for a very flexible, intellectual and execution-oriented person to join an accomplished sales team. They should be sincere, professional, and have tremendous attention to detail. A great work ethic is essential. Must have experience building clientele, engaging clients in entertaining and intellectual way, managing all aspects of service. The ideal candidate is an advocate for both their team members and the store's clients. They are perceptive, thoughtful, proactive, and empowered to continue to make change in the organization. Passion for art, architecture, and fashion is essential. Good computer and reporting skills are also important.
