Position starting immediately. Seeking a positive, plant-loving, detail-oriented crew lead for a local, prominent and progressive landscape company. Pay above average.
Our crew lead will be proactive and able to identify and prioritize work to be done for clients, and will be able to manage their schedule to perform high-quality work within budgeted time.
Candidate must have experience with standard trade tools including wheelbarrows, mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand saws, pruners, sprayers, etc. and providing instruction to crew how to properly use tools.
Candidate must have a firm grasp of high desert, Southwest flora and how to care for them, including planting, pruning and pest management.
Previous experience leading crew(s) for a landscaping company required. Must be able to work 8-10 hours each day. Dynamic team and clients. Valid driver's license required. Bi-lingual a plus. Please email cover letter and\/or resume to be considered. Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs.
