Job Description

Colliers is looking for a market leading Public Relations and Media Executive to work in partnership with the senior leaders of our NSW business. This role will be responsible for supporting our national PR and media strategy. Reporting into the Director of Public Relations and Media this is a key role, critical to developing executing strategies that drive our NSW brand strategy, new business opportunities and company revenue.

Working with the Director of PR and Media you will be responsible for driving NSW’s

• Public relations – identification of emerging trends, sourcing, pitching, and writing content generate media coverage.
• Media relations – developing and nurturing relationships across all mediums to help elevate our share of voice.
• Industry awards – helping to shape the NSW strategy and content.
• Thought leadership and content strategy - to drive media share of voice, brand dominance and position for new business opportunities.
• Expert Profiling – through sourcing media opportunities and speaking engagements.
• Stakeholder engagement – with our NSW leaders to identify PR opportunities within their teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience and degree qualified.
• Relevant experience within the property industry or strong B2B experience is highly desirable.
• Understanding of key media relationships, in particular the national property and business press.
• Ability to influence and think strategically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
