Job Description:
Nesco Resource has several new openings for Customer Service Representatives for a growing company in the Latham, NY area. This position will provide customer service while conveying information, fulfilling requests and customer inquiries, and acting as a liaison with internal and external business partners. These are temporary positions with the possibility for permanent hire. These positions are immediately available and paid training will be provided. Attendance and punctuality are extremely important within this position.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
Prior customer service or data entry experience
Able to operate a computer
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Consistent past work history
Excellent attendance and punctual
Training Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)
After Training: Must be able to work any shift between 8am and 8pm. Shifts are assigned based on seniority, and most newcomers start on the 11:00am-7:30pm or 12:00pm-8:00pm shifts.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
