Description:
Leading and supporting Transformation Programs as an Appian and BPM expert, working closely with BU SMEs and technical SMES of the company in developing the best in class Appian applications.
Lead and architect the solution design for automation for BPM(Appian) applications.
Act as a thought partner in the design, build and deployment of Appian solutions.
Partner closely with Business Unit champions, technology SMEs to facilitate design discussions to solve business problems.
Work with highly qualified engineers and technical experts in a globally distributed model to build Appian solution.
Enable creation of BPMS COE by contributing towards establishing Appian leading practices, building re-usable components, mentoring junior developers.
Establish best practices to ensure high quality and efficient Appian solutions
The ideal candidate will have high degree of expertise in Appian and a sound knowledge of all the modern technologies for data, analytics, integration, database.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer, Information Technology, or related field
End to End Delivery (requirements through deployment) experience of large and /medium scale Appian applications for 5+ years
Level 2 Appian certification
Experience of leading a development team from solution design through deployment
Knowledge of leading practices for Appian application design
Knowledge of Appian application performance and optimization
Knowledge of server and hardware sizing for Appian
Technical knowledge of Appian security controls
Experience of Agile delivery methodology and working knowledge of Jira/ Azure Devops or any other agile tool kits
Knowledge/awareness of other technology tools in the ecosystem (ETL tools, API, scripting knowledge, database technologies (SQL, Maria DB), client server architecture, SOA, etc.)
Expert practitioner in software design with at least 7 years of hands-on technical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Level 3 certification (or commensurate level of Appian experience)
Experience of business process and data modeling using mainstream tools (Visio, Aris, etc.)
Knowledge of application design patterns
Proven experience working with globally distributed team. Technical knowledge to provide credible hands-on guidance to highly qualified junior developers.
Proven comfort and an intellectual curiosity to keep pace with technological advancements and tools in intelligent Automation and artificial intelligence
Knowledge of industry trends, development and availability of new technologies and tools
Knowledge in architecting/operating solutions and security frameworks built on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
