Mandatory Requirements: Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst
Between four (4) and seven (7) years experience in requirements analysis, idenfying, documenng and validang requirements for connuous integraon and deployment. Between four (4) and seven (7) years experience reporng and presenng to stakeholders and senior management.
Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience working in the NYS Medicaid system.
Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience on projects analyzing, extracng, transforming, and documenng legacy systems' funconality, system logic, and business rules.
Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience idenfying, documenng and validang system requirements on a mainframe modernizaon project covering mulple complex funconal domains.
Between four (4) and seven (7) years
s of experience idenfying, documenng and validang system requirements across mulple agencies, with a focus on the Human Service domain including eligibility, enrollment, and case management of SNAP, HEAP, PA, & Child Care.
