DescriptionThe Product Launch Lead develops, directs, and manages product launch strategies for Humana’s clinical product portfolio. They will work collaboratively across key businesses ensuring cross functional alignment of goals and execution. This role interfaces between customer success teams, product, marketing, and business leaders to drive product adoption and define go-to-market strategies, including market programs, overall launch planning and implementation.ResponsibilitiesLocation: work at home anywhereThe Product Launch Lead uses their user-centric consumer product approach to define the right market programs and target customer segments to maximize product adoption while ensuring strong value proposition. They provider cross-functional leadership and management of the launch product team in the development of the core launch strategy, including priorities, milestones, and key performance indicators. This role develops the launch plan, directs launch team, monitors critical milestones and communicates overall readiness.Essential Responsibilities

Work closely with the product and marketing teams to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies that grow product adoption to meet clinical and business objectives.

Coordinate and provide cross-functional launch product team leadership to deliver on time and within budget launches.

Liaise with other partner teams (such as customer success, finance, compliance, sales, IT, operations) to provide insights, training, collateral, tools, and activation plans needed for future growth.

Manage project initiatives end to end, leveraging relevant data to set the strategy, collect user insights, manage stakeholders and coordinate business, services strategies, and communications and measure overall business impact.

Design and execute pilot tests, monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and evaluating outcomes against success metrics.

Role Essentials

Bachelor’s degree

7+ years of relevant experience with product launch and/or including either sales operations, product management/strategy, or product marketing

3+ years of project leadership experience

Successful experience in new product planning and launches

Demonstrates enthusiasm, strong initiative, high sense of urgency and prioritization

Strategic and creative thinker, with an enterprise mindset, who challenges status quo to improve results

Displays organizational agility – can confidently gain credibility quickly with leaders and colleagues across all parts of the organization

Thrives in a multi-cultural, diverse, highly collaborative/matrixed and fast-paced environment
