Communicate necessary information clearly to the customer that are relevant to their needs and life stage
Lay out take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
Form, advocate, make, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; additionally spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions
Direct weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
Take care that the CRM plan is executed when expected and within budget
Work together with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to elevate the customer journey & experience
Navigate more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
Head a strong team of digital specialists and manage the digital strategy
Requirements
Less than one year of experience preferred
Knowledgeable of SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
Management experience
Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS) experience
Calculated multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
Familiarity with frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
A well-rounded work history of skill, management experience and initiative
Content Development experience
Practical knowledge of SharePoint
General familiarity with Camtasia
Wide ranging experience with WebEx
Public relations experience desired
Content Creation experience preferred
Quality experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Well-founded grasp of graphic design
Strong familiarity with public relations account service
Public relations copywriting experience
Earlier work involving Cisco Webex Meetings
Proven knowledge of Content Editing
Vendor management experience
Has a demonstrated ability in establishing digital brands with strong ROI
