Senior Human Resources Consultant (Remote)Albany, NY 12205 Established, successful company seeks an experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant to assist with its client base. This is a full-time position with a benefits package.If you like a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the right fit for you!HR Consulting, knowledge of ThinkHR, and knowledge of HR compliance/regulations are all pluses! Otherwise, the company is seeking someone with well-rounded HR/generalist experience. SPHR or PHR required.This is a full time, REMOTE position for one of clients. There might be some travel to NYC in the future. Strongly prefer candidates who live 1-2 hours from Albany, NY.Responsibilities for Senior Human Resources Consultant (Remote): Will provide client companies with consultation and advice on matters typically assigned to the Human Resource function. Provide advice to other consultants as requested. This position provides tactical fundamental Human Resource support to all levels of the client's management team; Consultant will deal with organizational issues including employee relations, employment law, policies and procedures, harassment, discrimination, and matters of compliance.Requirements for Senior Human Resources Consultant (Remote): A bachelor's degree and 5-10+ years of Human Resources experience are musts. Strongly prefer some HR consulting/advisement experience to external customers. Any experience working for K-12 or higher education or Non Profits a plus. MS/Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer experience Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification required.
