Job Description
Administering compensation and benefit plans
Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Providing support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertaking tasks in performance management
Gathering and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years related experience and 1 year of experience in the Human Resources field, or 7 years of increasingly responsible experience in the Human Resources field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
