We are looking for highly motivated Foreman to run crew. Heavy knowledge of deck building and a passion for the trade is key. Trex decks is our number one specialty so applicants need composite experience. We provide enclosed trailer and most tools but applicant should have own cordless impact, saw and pouch with hand tools. applicant must be able to layout and cut stringers and have an eye for details. Most jobsites will be residential in Saratoga county with a few in Adirondacks occasionally. Starting pay of $26/hr with raise to $27 in 60 days with favorable production and performance. Paid holidays and other benefits available after 6 months, we generally work 38-45 hrs per week with paid Ot. 7-3:30 m-f only working occasional Saturdays.
