I am looking for someone who has a range of skills that can help with a property we recently purchased in Troy. We need to power wash the home, add some kitchen cabinets and countertop, flooring install, paint, light sheetrock, and light electrical. I am looking for a contractor who can work at an hourly rate to get a scope of work complete. This is a job I need completed sooner than later so let me know if you are free in the immediate future and we can go through the work needed. We buy a lot of properties and we are looking to build long term relationships.
