Part Time General Labor – Solar Installer

Description:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to assist our solar installation team on a part-time, temporary basis through the end of the year. This position is focused strictly on installation support and general labor duties — ideal for someone with construction experience who wants to pick up extra work in the solar field.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of solar panel systems on rooftops and ground mounts
Safely use power tools, ladders, and hand tools
Support experienced installers and electricians as needed
Load, unload, and stage materials for job sites
Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must have basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, tape measure, etc.)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on roofs and outdoors in various weather conditions
Previous solar or construction experience is a plus but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Compensation:
Wages based on experience
