Seeking for a FT experienced Cleaner for our 300+ apartment community. Someone who is energetic, dedicated and who will take pride in their work and our apartment community. Hours are typically 8am - 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.
This position needs someone who has knowledge of janitorial/cleaner experience, cleaning vacant units, be responsible for the upkeep of property main common interiors, clubhouse, offices, and assist in picking up grounds.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, have an understanding of great customer service, reliable transportation, work as part of a team and perform independently.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to :
- Cleaning of all common building areas, Clubhouse and Office
- Cleaning of vacant units to make market ready
- Help in maintaining grounds, keep them trash free (buildings, sidewalks, driveways, parking)
- Pool area free of trash and debris
- Works as part of a team and perform maintenance tasks independently
- Assist if needed in any maintenance service requests
- Must have own transportation
- Support other maintenance staff as needed
- Must pass a Credit and Background check
