Local Attorney Office seeking a part time/full time attorney admitted in New York State, focusing on Matrimonial/Family Law.
Position is ideal for a retired attorney or a new attorney with a strong desire to work in the Matrimonial Law field.
Responsibilities will include the preparation and drafting of various Court documents, legal arguments, drafts, agreements, memos and Court appearances.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
