Job Description:
Nesco Resource is searching for multiple Manufacturing Assemblers for our client in the Ballston Spa, NY area! This position is a temporary position to start with opportunity to become permanent. This is a First shift position and the hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm plus overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assembling electronic and mechanical parts.
Maintaining a work area clean.
Following manufacturing procedures and communicating to the engineer and the supervisor about possible deviations.
Executing all quality policies and procedures.
Following all safety instructions.
Cross training and working dynamically in multiple projects as required by the supervisor.
Working overtime if required by the company.
Applying special processes during manufacturing: brazing, riveting, torque, crimping, painting and others (get certifications when needed).
Requirements:
Previous assembly experience
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, and use fingers and hands to use objects, tools or controls.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
