Part Time Administrative Assistant Position for a Builder/Contractor/Business Owner in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY available immediately. Working hours are very flexible - Owner will work around family and children's school schedules/activities.
Job responsibilities will include assisting the Owner in all administrative aspects of his businesses. The main objective of this position is to keep the Owner organized. These duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering Phones
Sorting Mail
Scheduling Appointments/Meetings
Handling Bank Deposits and Withdrawals
Property Management (ie: tenant correspondence, collecting rent, etc.)
Building Permit Application and BOH Permit Completion and Filing
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Must have experience using QuickBooks. Must know how to balance a check register.
The office is a casual atmosphere but can be very busy at times. Must have the ability to multitask and have experience with computers.
