Family Owned Construction Co looking for an Assistant outside the family for the first time.

We build New Homes, just started a new Electric & Solar division, we also have a few rental properties and looking to go in different directions, in so needing someone that is flexible to change and can adapt to new things.

We are also a Disabled Veteran Owned Business and would like someone that is familiar or is able to connect with the right people to help find out what is out there for our company to benefit from.(ie Grants, Loans, Tax incentives, etc.)

We are currently a home based Business but with our expansion we are in the process of looking for an office that will work for us.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet searching abilities, Online Marketing, and Organization Skills.

Must have your own transportation as you may have to run errands and will be reimburse to do so.

If you have your own Laptop that would help, but this is not a necessity.

I will be upfront as we will not allow any nonsense of misrepresenting abilities, Pay will be negotiated, but as we had tired this in the past with poor success, So for the 1st 2 weeks we wont be paying anyone above $12/hr unless that show tremendous abilities.

We are also in the process of setting up Health Ins., 401k and other incentives. But this all also be part of your duties to look more into the best programs for us.
