We are seeking a bookkeeper/office assistant to maintain the office's accounts receivable and accounts payable, and to assist the office staff in the day to day clerical and administrative tasks as necessary. Experience working with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office required.
Responsibilities:
Maintain office operating accounts;
Process and pay all incoming invoices and document transactions;
Create and maintain hard and electronic files;
Generate and update reports as required;
Other administrative tasks as needed.
Twenty hours weekly to start, with room for growth.
