Bookkeeper/Property Management
Looking for an experienced part-time Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and property management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks is required. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position.
Tasks include but not limited to:
Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
Perform tenant screenings
Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, contracting landscaping and snow removal companies and enforcing rules of occupancy
Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Coordinator
