SERVPRO® South Albany County is seeking a qualified, career -- oriented Office Assistant.
SERVPRO® is the largest cleaning and restoration company in the country. Our company specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke, or water damage situation.
Required Hours: 7:45am - 5:00pm+ Monday -- Friday (will require some flexibility)
Job Qualifications:
ïï2 + years of administrative or office-related experience is preferred, but not required
ïïProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
ïïAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate and other proprietary software (experience with QuickBooks a plus)
ïïOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including, but not limited to, proper pronunciation and correct use of grammarâ¨
ïïSuperb customer service skills, including the ability to remain courteous, calm, and professional during tense or stressful situations
ïïAble to thrive and remain focused in a fast-paced, team oriented office environment
ïïExtremely organized and able to effectively prioritize
ïïSelf-motivated, able to work independently, and have good decision-making skills
ïïPunctual
ïïMust have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with a reasonable driving record
ïïMust be comfortable with occasional profanity.

ïïTaking accurate phone messages
ïïData entry
ïïFaxing/emailing
ïïFiling
ïïOffice cleaning
ïïSending/receiving mail
ïïLight receivables
ïïOut -- of -- office errands
