We are a small professional service firm looking for a full-time OFFICE ASSISTANT to join our team.
The right candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be energetic and detail oriented, friendly, professional, and courteous.
The position is full time, Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30. Some overtime may be required.
Qualifications for the position are:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word and Outlook.
Superior organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to multi-task to successfully handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities and simultaneous high priority deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
Background checks and drug testing.
Assist project manager and account administrator as needed.
Answer phone calls and emails accurately and efficiently.
Type written correspondence, word processing, maintaining spreadsheets and various logs.
Deliver client information and deliver mail to the post office when required.
Photocopy, scan, file forms, correspondence and other firm documentation.
Manage and organize physical and electronic files.
Maintain office supply inventory.
Copy and assemble information for projects.
Order and track materials for projects.
Job site cleanliness on a weekly basis.
Other duties as needed.
