Our client, a luxury homebuilder, is seeking to hire an Operations Associate to join their growing team in Long Island City! The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a can-do attitude, and have the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Primary responsibilities will include: ? Organize the flow of information to and from EVP?s office and ensure accurate record-keeping? Create and maintain tracking reports for legal, HR and other corporate/administrative areas, and follow up as needed? Review contracts, leases, proposals, and other business documents and provide incisive summaries? Assist with the administration of the Company fleet of vehicles, business licenses, facilities? leases, etc.? Track/maintain and assist with the preparation of budgets for HR, legal, and other corporate/administrative areas? Review invoices, prepare expense reports? Prepare Org Charts and process maps/flow charts as directed; make recommendations on potential improvements and efficiencies? Draft, edit and/or proofread company policies, manuals, job descriptions, and internal and external communications? Interface with external attorneys, recruiters, insurance brokers, consultants and other vendors? Conduct research and analysis on a variety of matters? Coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, and provide administrative support to EVP as directed?
