We are seeking a part-time evening receptionist/admin assistant to join our dedicated team of professionals.
This permanent part-time position, based in our Albany office, is for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, from around 5 PM to close (7 or 8 PM), resulting in 6 - 8 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical, human service or customer service setting; dependability and a commitment to confidentiality and serving diverse populations with respect is a must. Responsibilities include greeting and scheduling clients, answering phones, receiving payments and assisting the office manager in maintaining accurate client and donor data. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
