We are looking to hire A Home Care Scheduling Coordinator
HR coordinator is a key member of our office, responsible for all compliance HHA Charts.
Responsibilities include but not limited too the following:
Process Home health Aide (HHA) Applications completely
Complete ALL Compliance steps in completing an Aides file
Verify HCR checks, I-9 Protocol, Ep Staff check, verify references.
Complete all New Hire files for the Orientation process
Enter Aides Profile accurately in exchange with all demographics & compliance
Making sure all aides demographics are up to date in chart & software if changes occur
Follow all procedures for Any-Time Home Care as well as federal, state and laws and policies
Maintain positive relations with all agency contacts<
Problem solve as necessary to ensure patients receive optimal in-home care
Accurately follow New Hire HR procedures after an aide is assigned
Enter all data and notes accurately and in timely fashion.
Ability to share all pertinent information with Management
Excellent phone & email skills, communicating with all office personnel efficiently.
Requirements and Experience for position:
Preferably Home Care industry Experience
HHA Exchange knowledge or capable of learning quickly
Proven ability to work independently and make decisions as well as within a team environment
Skills needed for position:
Ability to empathize and balance objectivity with Aides
Good organizational skills, Problem Solver & strong attention to details
Must be able to coordinate multiple activities concurrently
