Part-Time and Full-Time Associates
Saratoga Wine Exchange and our eCommerce Division Saratogawine.com is looking for part-time and full-time associates to help with our growing business.
All applications must have nights and weekend availability.
All applicants must list their availability in their response.
The candidates we select will be used in both capacities for store retail and e-commerce work as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Floor:
Ringing out customers with our Point of Sale Register System
Assisting Customers with their wine & spirit selection
Attention to detail
Ability to push company customer loyalty programs
Keeping up with sales floor signing for products
Stocking products that sell down
Must be able to open & close the store
Have POS knowledge to be able to conduct opening & closing procedures
Keeping the store clean (yes cleaning is required of all associates)
Answer phones when Shipping Department is closed
Must be available Weekends including Sundays
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Other tasks as assigned
eCommerce Division:
Answering incoming phone calls regarding current, and potential orders
In a timely manner pull and pack merchandise from the sales floor to fulfill eCommerce Orders by using order reports downloaded from store computer
Operate computer system to complete the pull of orders and print shipping labels
Troubleshoot and problem solve when necessary
Ensure customer service when packing the orders (pack neatly, correctly, label information correctly)
Assist in receiving incoming product shipments
Maintain knowledge of the sales floor and departments
Help maintain a properly stocked warehouse
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Effective verbal and written communication skills (clear and concise)
Willingness to consult multiple resources to obtain answers
Multi-task efficiency
Strong organizational and time management skills
Retail experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Must have a flexible schedule

Job: Full Time
Hours: 30-40 Hours/Week
Pay: Based on experience. $12-$15 range
Availability: Must have nights and weekends availability.
