Summary:
We are looking for a responsible, hard-working individual to fill a Break-Fix Field Technician position that we have available.
Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to: diagnosis, repair, and perform preventative maintenance of HARDWARE for various manufacturers' Printers, PCs, Servers, etc. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to both work well with minimal supervision and as part of a team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. field position. These days and times are mandatory for this position.
Education:
Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent
Basic reading, writing and math skills
Certifications are preferred, but not required (Dell, HP, Lexmark, etc.)
Requirements:
Must have working knowledge of hardware repair for PRINTERS
Preferred working knowledge of hardware repair for PCs
Strong communication skills
Professional and clean appearance
Must have reliable transportation
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the United States
