ViaPort Rotterdam Mall is seeking an experienced Security Officer to work among the security staff.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Monitor the mall’s camera surveillance system for suspicious activity and also regularly patrols the entire mall, including the common areas, walkways and hallways as well as the tenant’s retail space.
Respond to various calls from mall tenants requesting assistance regarding theft and shoplifting occurrences.
Respond to various calls from mall visitors requesting assistance with such issues as lost items or vehicle trouble.
Complete reports on all such activities.
Coordinate their efforts with the local police department as necessary.
Must have security guard license.
Must be over 18 years old.
Other duties as assigned.
