ECG is the newest addition to a rapidly expanding nation-wide network of direct sales and consulting firms. Our firm is currently seeking talented and ambitious individuals to apply for our entry-level sales position.
ECG provides full training and development for the following entry-level responsibilities:
Strategic Sales and Marketing
Time Management
Face-to-Face Sales of Services to New Business Prospects
Client Management
Advancement and promotion beyond entry-level is offered within the first few weeks to outstanding candidates. Advancement throughout the company is based strictly off of performance, not seniority. Cross training in management is the next degree of training, which includes:
Interviewing
Training
Team Building
Finance
Public Speaking
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a level of professionalism for dealing with business owners.
Sales experience or a sales degree is advantageous but no direct experience is required
2-Year Degree Preferred
Public speaking skills for group presentations are a plus
ECG leverages professional experience from the entry-level sales position and couples this experience with rapid advancement opportunities. This position offers a compensation structure where pay is based upon individual performance.
