Install and service water softeners, purification systems, and replacement filters of all types.
Conduct accurate in-home needs assessments and corresponding analysis. Provide the customer tech support on water treatment systems. Build trust and rapport with prospective customers.
Demonstrate uncompromising customer service and exhibit outstanding communication skills with our customers. Educate customers on various water treatment solutions, and the products and services offered by Near Perfect Water. Build a rapport with customers to establish credibility and add value to the customer/company relationship.
Resolve concerns and eliminate obstacles. Always look at the best possible solution for solving a problem.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A two or four degree in environmental science or other technologies makes you a very strong candidate for the position.
Maintain customer activity process and communication through our CRM System.
Represent our company to community and resale partners (Appliance Stores).
REQUIREMENTS
Some plumbing skills: Ability to install and service piping and fixtures: copper, PEX , PVC.
Basic knowledge of electrical technology and Implementation of the technology.
A two or four degree in environmental science or other related technologies makes you a very strong candidate for the position.
The ability to carry 50 pounds.
Possess an understanding of wells and water purification. Understanding water and its properties and experience with and installing water treatment systems is a plus.
A sales approach that focuses on the customer experience. Outside and Inside sales or sales-related experience a plus.
Good people and communication skills. Strong presentation and technical skills.
Willingness to learn new things and build upon the things you already know. Be coachable and have a willingness and desire to learn from others.

A responsible, confident driver in all weather conditions with a valid drivers license and a reliable source of transportation.
Experience with customer technical support and recognizing sales opportunities.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), and mobile technology is helpful.
