Job Responsibilities:
Direct and schedule the activities of the Body Shop
Establish and maintain good working relationships with several insurance adjusters
Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of all "Body Shop staff," ensuring personnel have a thorough understanding of their duties and responsibilities
Present self as a role model by demonstrating leadership and commitment to the customer, dealership, and manufacturer
Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles
Manage Technician productivity
Prioritize work to ensure that deadlines are met
Effective vehicle production and inventory control
Understand, keep up-to-date with and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect Body Shop operations such as hazardous waste disposal. Right-to-Know and environmental updates and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience in a Collision Repair Facility
Must have valid drivers License
Two years of supervisory experience
Excellent communication, supervisory and managerial skills
Working knowledge of body repair methods
Ability to operate the department at a profit according to collision center guidelines
Proficient knowledge computer system
Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity
We are seeking a motivated self starter to assist in leading our great team.
