Construction Project Manager/Supervisor

We are currently looking for an authoritative, action-oriented, multi-tasker to join our team as a Construction Project Manager/Supervisor. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of a fun, thriving, growing organization and will directly contribute to the companys growth and success. Construction Project Manager/Supervisors manage 3-7 jobs simultaneously; coordinate and communicate with employees, sub-contractors, homeowners, and insurance professionals; manage the relationships and the results of sub-contractors with an emphasis on ensuring quality and timeliness of project completion; & drive accomplishments and results through strong coordination, communication, and delegation to meet deadlines and accommodate a sometimes challenging schedule.
A promising candidate will possess the following skills:
Minimum 5 years construction experience
Ability to successfully balance several tasks
Xactimate experience (preferred but not required)
Detail orientated with strong follow-up skills
Strong communication skills
Adaptable and quick-thinking in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and a solid career history
Willingness to go the extra mile in order to provide excellent customer service
Must be willing to submit to drug test, background check and NYS DMV check.
Compensation & Benefits:
$45,000-$55,000 plus bonuses (performance driven) DOE.
Full benefits package including health insurance, 401k, vacation.
