We are growing and are currently looking for an individual with experience in all aspects of residential remodeling and construction. We are a small remodeling/construction company based out of Clifton Park. We mostly concentrate on kitchens and bathrooms, although during the summer months get into some outside work including decks and even additions.
This is a full time position. Looking for a well rounded individual. Must be proficient in the followingIncluding but not limited to:
-framing
-all aspects of tiling
-finish carpentry
-light plumbing (faucet/sink install)
-light electrical (run romex, install lighting and switches)
-wood/laminate flooring installation
-windows
-doors
-sheet rock hanging (taping a plus)
-painting
-decks
-able to handle full kitchens/baths
This individual may lead a small crew of helpers/laborers Be able to work alone at times without supervision. You must also be very detail oriented and organized. Must have reliable transportation to and from jobs and excellent customer service skills to interact with clients. Must have own tools.
Jobs starting asap. We work primarily in Clifton Park and close surrounding areas.
PAY IS HOURLY. I'm continually getting responses from subcontractors for per job quotes. This is for a permanent position with the company.
NO SUBCONTRACTORS PLEASE.

Hourly rate based on experience. No less than $23/hr to start. Someone possessing all of these skills will certainly start higher and will increase with time.
