Lyft is looking for Driver Recruiters to help us strategically yet rapidly grow the Driver base! We're looking for results-driven folks who thrive on a challenge. The ideal candidate will be good with people, and energetic. You will work independently and collaboratively to recruit new Lyft Drivers.
Job Requirements
â Recruit new Lyft drivers using proven tactics and tools through direct driver outreach
â Participate in Lyft driver recruiting events, including but not limited to the airport queues, competitive rideshare company rides, local retail, colleges, etc.
â Developing innovative and creative recruiting strategies and tactics to grow the channel
â Collaborate with other members of the recruiting team for large events and special recruiting events
Experience & Skills
â Ability to set goals and work each day to achieve them.
â Experience with technology with the ability to manage a recruiting pipeline
â Excellent team player while also being a self-starter.
â Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
â Good written and verbal communications skills.
