Life has enough uncertainty in it, your pay shouldn't be one of them. That is why we guarantee our drivers 10,000 miles per month. ($1,399 per week, or $72,749.56 per year) Also, once you exceed 10,000 per month we add a bonus to all additional miles for the rest of the month!
Your health, physical and mental, is important to us. We give each of our full-time drivers up to $12,000 each year to be applied to their health insurance premiums. If you choose a plan that costs less, you share a cash rebate with you from the dollars that aren’t used.
Sonwil drivers are paid weekly and enjoy paid time off. Yes, we pay you to take a break! We appreciate a work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options, including weekends at home-time if desired. As an over-the-road driver, you will work 5 days on, 2 days off.

Our modern, well-maintained fleet includes newer-model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth T-680s. The tractors are equipped with leading-edge technology, such as forward and rear-facing cameras for increased safety.
