We have a full-time janitorial/wood floor working foreman position available.
Important information:
- Must have management/foreman experience.
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license.
- Must undergo a background check.
- Pay rate is negotiable.
- May warrant a drug test.
This job entails:
- Construction site final cleaning.
- Stripping and waxing floors.
- Carpet cleaning and window cleaning.
- Gym floor/residential wood floor screening and re-coating, sanding, game line painting, use of wood floor equipment, auto scrubbing, and floor buffing.
- Additional experiences would be beneficial.
- Travel.
