Cashier
Cashiers are responsible for taking phone orders, as well as walk-in orders, properly packaging food to go, and assisting the serving staff as needed. Original's is a team effort, and you may be called upon to help in all areas of running our restaurant. The ability to accurately ring out orders, menu comprehension and a pleasant and professional demeanor are essential for this job.
Availability: Some days, week nights and weekends are a must, this is a part time position, with possibility of moving up to serving over time.
Server/Bartender
Original's Bar And Lounge has emerged as a favorite location for live music, cocktails and more in Owego. We are seeking an individual with MINIMUM 2 years serving experience in high volume establishments. Only individuals with table service experience will be considered for this job. Bartending experience is preferred, and/or a willingness and desire to learn all aspects of bar service.
Availability: Bar shifts are available on a part time basis, and the right candidate will also be considered for serving shifts in our dining room. This is potentially a full time position between the Bar and our dining room. Weekday night, and weekend availability (including Sundays) are required for this position.
