we are growing and we needed additional help.We preserve residential properties for lenders before, during and after foreclosure. Each job varies based on overall property condition. If you have property preservation construction experience (bank foreclosures, REOs, etc.) and possess all the equipment listed below..
We service all of broome county,chenago county, and surrounding areas.
Some of the things we do:
Lock/padlock changes
-Board-ups
-Minor Roof repairs
-Winterizations
-Flood damage remediation
-Mold remediation
-Lawn & shrub care
-Debris removal
-Tree removal
-Gutter cleaning
-Gutter repair
Trash outs
-Various other maintenance work.
Requirements to do most of the jobs are:
Pickup truck/trailer
Standard tools, ladder, generator & compressor for winterizations
Smartphone, (iphone or droid), and GPS
You are required to buy materials/supplies for work needed to be done.
Work with safeguard and other clients
Experience is a plus
