Owner of design/build construction firm seeks assistant. Duties include execution and management of daily project and business related tasks, researching and specifying products, material procurement, coordinating trades and subcontractors and direct client/customer support. Collaborating on business development, refinement and growth will be a significant thrust in addition to the streamlining of daily operations tasks.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented problem-solver with experience managing projects and priorities, who is organized and has natural leadership qualities.

(General) Job Requirements:

- High school diploma

- College education (Business or Design)

- Experience in office management/design

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Motivated - able to complete work efficiently with minimal supervision

- Visionary - able to create and implement office function systems that support the field crews

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite Applications

- Tech and internet savvy

Position can be full or part time and there is some flexibility for tailoring working hours. Likewise, there is some flexibility for balancing working from our office and a remote location.
