A local growing apartment rental company looking for an Office Clerk or Manager. Would prefer applicant live in or very close to the Endicott area. Living on our site can be an option in future. Pay rate depends on experience. Applicant must have a vehicle.

Everyday duties include but not limited to: rent collection, handling rental inquires and maintenance calls, scheduling appointments, showing and leasing the units, writing letters, filing, preparing eviction paperwork. Must be Excellent verbal/written communication skills and mannerisms; Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, along with having the ability to adapt to other computer software programs; Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and superior attention to detail; Strong time management and people skills; Good customer service and relation skills; Ability to resolve problems quickly as they arise; Ability to work in fast paced environment; some Saturdays will be required.
