Our continued growth in the automotive, aerospace, commercial/industrial, DOD, firearm, and pharmaceutical industries requires EMT to hire an experienced Human Resource Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Our Company is in search of an energetic individual to support our Estimating, Purchasing and Shipping departments. He or she will assist with various administrative support functions in each of these departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Estimating
⢠Enter all new quotations for customers in quote logs
⢠Attach all customer supplied documents (drawings, CAD files, and RFQâs) on the server in appropriate folders
⢠Assist with submitting RFQâs to suppliers for both material and sub-contract operations and organizing & storing these supplier quotations on the server in appropriate folders
Purchasing
⢠Order supplies and complete Purchase Orders
⢠Match P.O.âs with Packing Slips
⢠Call suppliers to track P.O.âs to ensure on-time delivery
⢠Clerical support for buyers
Shipping and Receiving
⢠Receive (process) Purchase Orders in ERP system
⢠Type customer Packing Slips and Bills of Ladens (BOLâs)
Education/Qualifications:
⢠Relevant clerical / administrative experience
⢠High school diploma
⢠Ability to learn ERP and filing systems
